What characteristics do affidavits have?

2. First paragraph includes name and personal details
- residence, place of work, age or date of birth, relationship details (if applicable)
3. Opening sentence in the first person
“I swear…”
4. List the facts needed, arrange them in logical structure
Don’t include unnecessary facts.
