Have your say – help shape future services
Have you got something to say about mental health services and the police? Have your say – help shape future services School of Social Science and Social Work, Faculty of Health, Education and Society, 210 Nancy Astor Building, The Interface Project Plymouth University, FREEPOST PY271 PL4 8ZZ What is the research about? The aim of the research is to look at what happens to mental health service users when they come into contact with the criminal justice system. Experience suggests that communication between the different services is not always effective, which can lead to mental health service users having unnecessary contact with the criminal justice system. We want to find out about people’s journeys through and between these services in order to improve joint working and improve the service user experience. The Interface Project is part of a research partnership between: King’s College, London, Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Plymouth University and Devon and Cornwall Constabulary.
