2. New Carpet In The Mansion

3. Renovation Plan
Currently, we have a engineer working on plans for the pool renovation. We plan to install a 10 person swim spa, dehumidification system, new tile work and new windows overlooking the lake. We hope to have this completed by the Fall.
We are looking for volunteers to be part of a construction committee to plan how to use the rest of the space in the downstairs in response to the owners surveys.
The maintenance office in the front lobby will be our new convenience room with ice, and misc. items to purchase.

4. Rental Procedure Effective May 01, 2017
Property Management has a contract with the owners as the exclusive rental agent.
Advertising and promotion for the purpose of renting or leasing by the owner is strictly prohibited.
Any owner who chooses not to rent through our property manager would pay the prevailing commission fee and cleaning fee to the property manager. Commission would be based on gross rental amount established by the property manager for that unit and week.
Any damage occurring to that unit would be the responsibility of the owner renting the unit.

5. Dock Policy
In your packet you will find the updated boat docking policy. This policy will ensure a fair and manageable system for the owners and guests staying on the property. By following the policy that has been put in place, the docking system will be more organized and will allow for more dock space and accuracy of availability when requests are made.

6. RCI Week Exchange
RCI is a great way to get use out of the slow weeks in the off-season. By depositing weeks into the RCI system you are able exchange your week for a week at another vacation destination. They offer 4,300 resorts in over 100 countries!

7. Website Analytics
In 2015 there were about 250 peak season daily viewers. In 2016 we jumped to almost 800 peak season daily viewers. Having our website redesigned has positively impacted our website views which has translated into significant increases to our rental revenue.

8. The Adirondack Touch!
We are excited to announce the addition of six beautiful Adirondack chairs located in front of Unit 6. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the lake!
