13. Conclusion:
Achieved designing and construction of a series of a almost 50 nm sized hexagonal DNA origami structures, functionalized them with photoresponsive oligonucleotide.
The Assembly and disassembly of the various DNA nanostructures can be manipulated just by photoirradiation of different wavelengths.
By changing the number and position of photoresponsive oligonucleotides, self –assembling orientations can also be controlled more critically.
