Included in the Base Bid are: Electrical equipment associated with PG&E interconnect Site lighting under the trellis structures Grounding of the PV System and structures New striping New protective bollards Re-location of one fire hydrant and associated piping Selective demolition of existing site infrastructure Start-up and commissioning Stocking of spare parts Basic maintenance and monitoring of the system for one year following start-up. Additive Alternate #1: additional 75 Kwp PV power system on extended elevated trellis structure – totaling approximately 6,000 square feet.
