1-1 Connect to Google on your mobile.
1-2 Switch to the IMAGES tab on the page.

 2-1 Before operating cubiio APP, please set up cubiio first and mount in the sample paper. (Check out Lesson 1 for detailed instructions.)
2-2 Select/Choose a photo as source image on the home page.
2-3 Enter the setting page after choosing your image.

2-4 Set the filename as 678, long edge as 3 cm.
2-5 Tap at the top right corner, and then “Send to Cubiio.”

3-2 Enter home page and select “Gallery.”
3-3 Select any ratio as you wish, here we’ll try 1:1.
3-4 Tap at the top right corner.
3-5 Select “PencilSketch” filter.
3-6 Tap , and move on to the next page.

3-7 Adjust the stroke, contrast and brightness.
3-8 Tap to save your picture, and select “High.”

Select thicker materials such as wood board, leather, or cardboard for better results;
thinner materials are easily burned through.

Q: Why is the photo needed to be manipulated first ?
A: Photo manipulation secures a better engraving result. The laser intensity of cubiio depends on the color tone of each pixel while engraving-- the darker tone will lead to higher intensity; the brighter tone, lower intensity. If you use an unedited photo of backlight or bad lighting, there is a chance that your project will end up completely toasted.
