3. Before an IBO can sell the 2degrees opportunity, they MUST complete the 2degrees Mobile accreditation training. This involves watching training modules to get up to speed on all the key points and successfully completing a short multiple choice quiz where 4 out of 5 questions must be answered correctly to pass. IBOs can complete the quiz as many times as they need to in order to pass.

How Does it Work?
A customer needs to set up one Pay Monthly Carryover Plan on either a $55 or $70 Carryover plan, which will then allow up to three $25 Pool plans to be signed up under the same 2degrees customer account. This means that 4 members of a household, group of friends, or even a business (under a personal account) will each have a mobile connection, and will only have to pay $25 for each additional service (plus any handset costs).
An example would be that Grace a New ACN customer signs up a $70 Carryover Plan and then decides to add 2 additional Pool services for her children, Jack & Sarah.
To access Unlimited calls, Text & such a generous data inclusion normally this would have meant the customer would need to sign up to 3x $55 Carryover Plans at a cost of $165. The new pool plans would save Grace a huge $45 per month!

Customers need to record their order number and service number to pass to you, their IBO.

Customer Sign Up
Customer’s wanting to add a Pool plan to their existing account, as well as New to 2degrees customers looking to sign up a Carryover Plan and a Pool Plan together will need to call and follow the prompts.
Important! Customers will need to supply IBO ID and IBO First & Last Name over the phone to the telesales agent and record their order number and service number to pass to you their IBO.
IBO Order Allocation & Missing Customer Claims
Following sign up IBO’s will need to enter their own details plus the customer order number & service number in our new Smart Sheet Claim form. This will need to be done for all new orders, and IBOs won’t be recognized for Pool Plans unless they fill out this Smart Sheet.
If after 3 Business days from filling out the smart sheet, you haven’t seen the order in your Personal Customer List Please raise a missing customer claim form
