בתרשים שלפניכם ניתן לראות את כל השלבים שכולנו בוודאי מכירים. מתחילת התהליך בנובמבר 2002 ועד בקרת ההתקדמות הרבעונית, בפברואר 2004, כאשר כל מה שנותר הוא לערוך את המבדק החוזר. את כל התהליך ניתן לחלק ל-4 חלקים עיקריים, שכל המיישמים בודאי מכירים: לימוד - שזוהי למעשה סדנת ההכנה, בה למדנו מהו המודל וכיצד ניתן להשתלב בו. היגד – זהו שלב הכנת ההיגדים וסדנאות האבחון לבחינת ההיגדים הנבחרים. תכנית השלבים השונים להכנת תכניות השיפורים, לטווח הקצר והארוך ולבסוף, מהם התוצאות הסופיות של התהליך, אותם אני אציג בזמן שהוקצב לי.
