Examples:
How likely is it to rust, how likely is it to burn

When we have a chemical change, we start out with completely different stuff than what we end up with
The chemical composition changes, atoms get “rearranged”
Cannot easily be changed back to it’s original form
Often an obvious change in energy (gets really hot or cold)
