Lesson 4: Vocabulary 1. Apathy (noun) – lack of feeling, emotion, interest or concern. Example sentence: The causes of voter apathy includes people thinking that their vote doesn't count.

Pathology (noun) – the study of the nature of diseases Example sentence: Doctors study pathology in order to cure diseases. the science of the causes and effects of diseases, especially the branch of medicine that deals with the laboratory examination of samples of body tissue for diagnostic or forensic purposes.
