Contact the Delta Articulation Office (AO). Forward forms to teacher/HS liaison . Teacher/liaison compiles documentation and submits it to AO by the end of November. Delta Discipline Contact review. 80% of content – Create agreement Not comparable, notifies the high school - why. Applications are created and shared with the school for current students. End of school year, applications are submitted by high school for students who successfully completed classwork in articulations and prepared for subsequent course. Emily

Complete paperwork for review and comparison. Informal 2 years, review program, no significant changes, renew. Formal After 2 annual informal reviews Go through the formal renewal process (same process as new) Emily
