1. Edit PowerPoint file using Microsoft PowerPoint: 
1. Download the PowerPoint file named “English Rank Advancements.ppt”. 2. Type in your name in the text box: “(Click to add name)”. 3. To add your photo, click inside the box with text: Drag picture to placeholder or click icon to add. Your photo will be placed in the box.  4. Save file as a .JPEG under File – Save As. Name your file and select JPEG from the drop down menu under “Format”. 5. Upload JPEG to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, WhatsApp or any social media program of your choice. 
Open PowerPoint file using Google Slides: 1. Open Google Slides by logging into  This will log you into your Google account. 2. Click on “Go to Google Slides” on the home page. 3. Under “Start a new presentation” select “Blank”. 4. Go to File – Open – Upload – Select a file from your computer  5. Select the PowerPoint file named “English Rank Advancements.ppt”. 6. Download the file.

Edit PowerPoint file in Google Slides: 1. Type in your name in the text box: “(Click to add name)”. 2. To add your photo, go to Insert - Image – Upload – Choose an image to upload (select your photo from your files). Your photo will be placed in the box.  3. Scale photo proportionally by using the blue squares on the edges of your photo. 
4. Save the file as a JPEG or PNG under File – Download As – JPEG image (or PNG image). 5. The file will download instantly to your computer to your “Downloads” folder.
