4. 4 Assets needing partial/gradual rebranding Existing customer references: "Partially" rebrand the document Insert Unify" as a reference the first time that it is mentioned in the text ("Siemens Enterprise Communications – now Unify – was...") 5. 5 Assets needing partial/gradual rebranding Existing product documentation: Product documents/instruction manuals for existing products in stock: Product- related materials for products that will reach M43 status by July, 31, 2014 and count as stock will have their cover sheet rebranded by Unify (content will not be changed). Products (HW, SW) that have not reached the final phase-out stage with M43 will be gradually rebranded by Unify until the end of July 2014. 6. 6 No rebranding activities required for: Product documents/instruction manuals for products that have reached the final phase-out stage with M43 Spare parts Product names are currently unaffected by the rebranding and need not be changed on any assets Documents that clearly relate to events in the period prior to the rebranding and were published at the time (e.g. press releases, studies or articles) will not be rebranded.
