Rotary Club of Wichita CLUB AVENUES of SERVICE 1 - Present excellent programs focused on relevant and current topics Status: Complete 2 - Activate Oliver Elliott Speaker Series and attain status of Landon Lecture Series 3 - Peer to peer password protected portal for support Changed goal to: Create closed Facebook page 4 - Have a “flash mob” once a quarter Status: Determined not a priority and deleted 11/26/2018

8 VOCATIONAL AVENUES of SERVICE
Rotary Club of Wichita VOCATIONAL AVENUES of SERVICE 1 - Publicize the honors and distinctions awarded to members in weekly communications and on web site Status: In process 2 - Conduct a Four Way Test multimedia essay contest for middle school, high school and college students; honor top three in each grade level; honor winners at a banquet with total attendance of at least 500 3 - Continue to support Reading is Fundamental by donating 12,000 RIF books to students and reading in their schools Status: Complete 11/26/2018

Status: In process 2 – Actively engage our members in the summer camp sponsored by Rotary Youth Leadership Alliance (RYLA) 3 - Host 5 exchange students inbound and outbound Changed goal to: Host 1 exchange student inbound and outbound 11/26/2018

Rotary Club of Wichita WICHITA ROTARY CHARITABLE FUND (WRCF) 1 – Create a WRCF “Fellow” classification and recognize annually Status: In process Achieve 100% member participation in WRCF giving Changed goal to: Achieve 75% member participation in WRCF giving (Currently at 64%) 11/26/2018

Rotary Club of Wichita THE ROTARY FOUNDATION (TRF) 1 – Recognize Paul Harris Fellows annually Status: Complete 2 – Increase Paul Harris Fellows (PHF) to 80% of current membership and have PHF’s share why they give Changed goals to: 1. Increase the number of Paul Harris Fellows (PHFs) in the club by 5% next year Status: In process 2. Have PHFs share with the club on a regular basis the reasons why they give to the Rotary Foundation 11/26/2018

Rotary Club of Wichita PUBLICITY AND MARKETING 1 – Hold an annual event to keep Rotary Plaza alive Status: In process 2 – Have Marketing/PR person on staff Changed goal to: Develop and implement a PR and marketing plan to include social media 11/26/2018

1 – Sponsor a summer concert series at Rotary Plaza Status: In process 2 – Develop a Rotary of Wichita APP Changed goal to: Develop a Rotary mobile website Status: Complete 11/26/2018
