At every level of “your” Rotary, stress the Annual Fund! Explain how it is the Heart of funding OUR programs! MOTIVATE Be An Inspiration by exemplary personal contributions directly to TRF or through the Paul Harris Society Encourage or be your Club Foundation Chair!

Speak to your Club about the Foundation Design & apply for a Global Grant Plan a District Grant for next year Tell your Rotary story & relate how the Annual Fund helped make it become a reality through its funding mechanisms Annual Fund

Annual Fund FINALLY & MOST IMPORTANTLY!
Be aspirational in your annual fund endeavors Set goals or have a road map OR ask those with Annual Fund responsibilities to explain their plans What are your/their expectations: Financial goals? Timelines? Annual Fund

Annual Fund THE EXPECTANCY THEORY OF MOTOVATION SAYS IN SUMMARY:
No or low expectations will produce low or poor results High expectations have a much greater chance of producing outstanding results You have Annual Fund results from the last 5 years Challenge yourself personally & your District to increase your Annual Fund giving 10% this Rotary year over last year! Be the Inspiration! by being aspirational in your Annual Fund goal setting & practices Annual Fund
