3. Introduction to TR 2016 MAS TR policy policy status
New policy will be posted 1/1/2016 on MyHR
Does not apply to IUOE engineers (IUOE remains at $1,000)
MAS TR policy changes
Benefit increased to $3,000 $500 for travel as part of the $3,000 (for CE related courses and programs, no meals)
All EEs with 20+ hours
All active EEs eligible after 90 day probation period
Prepayment discontinued
Most of you are familiar with the 2016 National Agreement. Tuition reimbursement for the LMP has new provisions and process:
Benefit increased to $3000
