Need statement: Strategies: Tell us about the strategies you will use to address that need; briefly explain what you will do and why. In particular, what challenges are anticipated and how will your strategies address these? Outcomes: What are the expected measurable outcomes? What data will you collect to measure to what extent these outcomes have been achieved? What baseline data will you need for comparison? When will you collect the data? Engaging your colleagues: How are you going to engage the other faculty in your geoscience program, including adjunct faculty? Implementation plan: Tell us about what steps you are going to take, when, and what resources you will need.... How will your team work together on these plans – who will be doing what? How will you communicate? When and how often will you meet? etc. At this point in time, who are you thinking of as members of your champion team, beyond the other Change Agents?
