In the majority of the occasions a blowing plant, although it has different blowing formats and different pressures to apply in each format, the appropriate measures of pressure adjustment in the compressors are not taken, mainly for these reasons;
The compressor room is far from the blowing room.
It will manipulate a process (compressors) that is not known.
Most of the time the pressure switches are complicated to regulate, time is lost and in certain cases it gives more problems, than solving them.
For this reason Talleres Haizea has developed a device, that puting the blower in communication with the compressor, this automatically sets the pressures that the operator of the blower is demanding.

This screen gives the possibility of having made the MANUAL selection, of putting the desired pressure by hand at a certain moment.

6. HAIZEA COMPRESSORS TECHNOLOGY
MANTENANCE
In this window, which must be accessed with PASSWORD, the authorized person will adjust the pressures to which we will work with the different input signals of the blowers. As the blowing process is always developing, perhaps the pressures can be adjusted somewhat and this is its function, we can change them without having to connect to the internal program.
If we select AUTOMATIC, the processor will only act with the signals received from the blower and adjust the working pressure depending on these.
