Go Online to Begin Admission Process Enter the URL below or click on the “apply online” hyperlink: You will receive a student ID number by in 2-5 days. Sign in to mytulsacc.edu with the student ID and 6 digit birthdate for the password. You can activate your new TCC address Contact or call for technical difficulties or if you did not receive a student ID by STEP ONE TCC admission requirements National ACT 19 Residual ACT –Administered by TCC Testing Center Only one residual ACT per year (from Nov. 1 to Oct.31) is valid, Pre-ACT (10th Grade) PSAT 10 (10th Grade) and the PSAT NMSQT 980 The SAT scores are valid administered on or after March 5th, 2016 SAT 980 The SAT scores are valid administered on or after March 5th, 2016 GPA - ccredited high school students only Unweighted accredited High School GPA 3.0 Home schooled students and students from unaccredited high schools shall have completed enough high school coursework to be equivalent to an individual who is classified as a junior or senior at an accredited high school Students attending unaccredited high schools may be admitted on any of the testing options above, except GPA per OSRHE policy STEP TWO Placement Testing National or TCC Sign up for national ACT, SAT OR contact the TCC Testing Center to register to take the residual ACT administered at TCC’s Northeast campus OR meet with a TCC advisor to get referral slip for the Accuplacer placement test TCC Course Placement Requirements Curricular Area ACT Pre-ACT (10th Grade) Residual ACT SAT PSAT10 or PSAT NMSQT Accuplacer/Writeplacer/ Successnavigator English 19 Reading & 19 English 480 Reading and Writing Placement Test Complete admission at any campus Enrollment Services Take high school transcript, any national test scores, and list of courses needed to advising at any TCC campus The advisor will give the appropriate Accuplacer Referral Slip to the student Referral will be taken to testing center. Enrollment Packet Meet with high school counselor. Discuss how concurrent works with your schedule OR call/ TCC's Concurrent Enrollment Dept. A packet will be ed to you STEP THREE Return Completed Packet Enrollment form High school transcript Test scores Return fully completed and signed enrollment form to high school counselor. Parent must sign even if student is 18 or older High school counselor completes as needed If you live in Tulsa Co. and are taking courses online or at one of TCC’s main campuses, take the packet of documents to any TCC campus If you live outside of Tulsa Co. the scanned documents to STEP FOUR Requirements Oklahoma requires all Seniors who meet eligibility requirements receive the A.C.E. tuition waiver for up to six credit hours per semester All concurrent students must maintain a college GPA of 2.0 or above to enroll in subsequent semesters All students must be on track to graduate from high school with their cohort TUITION . Payment Subsidized fees-Students who are eligible for Oklahoma Promise should check with TCC or their high school counselor to see where and if reduced fees are available **Fees for a standard three hour credit course vary based on where students attend courses and what particular course they are taking  An online technology fee, if applicable, is assessed for both subsidized and regular courses delivered online. Other fees may apply All first-time entering students are charged a one time admission fee of $20 Ask counselor if payment is made to the high school or to TCC. TCC accepts payment online or at any main campus, except Owasso FEES Off TCC Campus -Dual/concurrent courses held at an off-campus community site or at a high school embedded site On TCC Campus – Students attend courses at main campuses or are in online classes hosted through those campuses Satisfactory Academic Progress College records are permanent; therefore, it’s important to maintain your grades while at TCC, even while in high school. If a student’s grades fall below the cumulative 2.0, they will not be allowed to re-enroll in the dual enrollment program. This and the failure to complete a certain percentage of classes may also affect future college financial aid and/or transfer eligibility SAP CONTACT TCC and/or High School Counselor
