Day 1 7.10 - Meet outside school 7:30 - Depart from school by coach
12:30 – Trafalgar Square for picnic (from home) 14.00 – Portrait Gallery 16:00 – Rainforest Café (pre-order) 18:00 – City Cruise 19:40 – Walk to Buckingham Palace – Arrival at the hotel.

Day 2 8.00 – Breakfast. 9:00 – Depart.
10:00 – Globe Theatre tour and workshop. 12:00 – Lunch outside St Paul’s Cathedral 15:00 – Walk to London Eye (4.30 flight) 17:30 – Pizza Hut 19:00 – Matilda, Cambridge Theatre 22:30 – Arrival at the hotel.

Day 3 7:30 – Breakfast. 8:30 – Depart.
9:30 – Arrive at Houses of Parliament. 11:45 – Packed lunches. 12:00 – Depart. 17.00 – Return to school.

Safeguarding This is our main priority when planning any visit.
Children wear jackets and wrist bands. The hotel is regularly used by schools through NST and another company.

Safeguarding Cameras at exits. CCTV in lobby.
The hotel will endeavour to locate rooms together. The hotel is not exclusively for school groups. There will be other guests.

Medical Information If your child requires any medication during the visit, this will be kept and administered by school staff. Medication should be handed to school staff on the day of departure in original packaging with clear information on dosage required. The medical form must be filled in by the parent/guardian.
