After the Cedar Fire, La Cima Camp was left without commercial telephone service for over 1 year. HPWREN came to our aid and kept us afloat. Telephone service has since been restored, but we’re still using the data connection at very high speed and trouble free. It has truly been a miracle. Thanks for the support.

The HPWREN connection at Puerta La Cruz serves two main purposes; daily it handles our Internet data needs for Departmental communications, financial document processing, scheduling, project management, weather information, etc., and it is also available for use in cases of ICP deployment giving Fire Managers reliable data and communication access on site and always ready to go. As in the case at La Cima I am impressed with how trouble free the network access has been.
