2. Sign below to acknowledge that you have been reminded of the following facts:
No stoles will be awarded to Seniors that have not met the requirements established by the club last year – 2 major projects, 15 faculty hours, 5 service hours. All projects must be approved by the club. All service hours must be for non-profit community organizations and/or approved by the club. (**Stole Proposal still has to receive Dr. Kelly’s approval – notice will be given if he wants to edit it.)
Meetings must be attended – must sign attendance form at meeting to prove attendance.
Log / Time sheets must be submitted in appropriate time to verify hours/projects.
Any lower classman not meeting requirements may be denied membership the next year.
Consent for Drug Testing Form must be returned.
Mandatory to sign up for Remind 101 – either TEXT or options available.
Dues must be paid.
