Exhibition to be presented during the school day Creating a book that will resume stories created by children of 6 partners. Preparation of the trip to Italy with the participation of 6 Belgian students. One of the criticisms made in our project initial was the non-participation of children and so we decided to implement the mobility for children.

Dissemination of our results by some media (press and television) Exhibition of the results
16
Implementation of the project
The initial objectives, planned activities, identified targets and expected results were carried out and achieved as expected? Yes if it is at the level of the release we were not enough performance. It is for this reason that we participated in the animation in Brussels and that we have implemented a new hosted plan.
17
Implementation of the project
The initial objectives, planned activities, identified targets and expected results were carried out and achieved as expected? Currently, we can even say that we exceed our initial expectations by a very important engagement at all the level of the entire educational community. A partnership which was not planned initially has also been implemented with the communal library. This partnership has undoubtedly increased identified targets.
18
Implementation of the project
So far, have you met any difficulties or challenges to achieve the objectives set out in the application? If Yes, what difficulties or challenges did you encounter? The objectives are very (too) many compared to the school calendar. We sometimes have to work in an emergency and it is not the ideal. You will probably need to be a little more flexible in terms of this "monthly" calendar and a little more reflect local calendars. Another possibility would be to apportion tasks within the school and not work all all of the domains. These discussions are ongoing and will be discussed with stakeholders at the meeting in Poland.
19
Project management
20
Project management Currently all partners respect the initial planning. Documents arrive at the head of the site monthly. These documents (movies, *.pdf, *.doc, *.ppt) are available within 24 hours on the site so that all partners can use them with children in time very short. It was not necessary to adjust the distribution of tasks if that the Belgium took over the management of the site and, for the sake of skills.
21
Project management Using the budget:
Buy 4 sets of 23 tales for various school cycles, construction of a scenic area, Accommodation and purchase of the domain name for the site , Visit the village of the tale of Chiny and its exposure by more than 150 children, Organization of the night of tales which took place on 20 may Purchase of equipment to create panels illustrating stories. These panels will be presented during the school day. Print panels, pens and mugs with logos and title of the draft. These objects have been distributed to partners during their visit to Belgium. A Panel is also installed in the entrance hall of the municipal library.

Intellectual productions
Different Powerpoint, movies, and files are produced monthly by all partners. These achievements properly respect the initial plans. This initial plan (available in its entirety on the site) was produced from September 2015 onwards and is respected to the letter. Few reminders were necessary and all partners, at the moment, provided the equipment necessary for the supply of the site. All exhibits are available in the form of downloadable files on the site. Dissemination events A meeting bringing together all members of the personnel was organized in the month of August to introduce draft waiting the entire school (90 minutes). During the visit of our partners, we took this opportunity to disseminate information in a formal way to all members of staff (34), students (497), the members of the communal library (4)... During these two hours, the project was presented in these guidelines in the form of Powerpoint and our partners presented them also.
