About the HEA The Higher Education Academy (HEA) is the UK based international body which champions teaching quality. We focus on the contribution of teaching as part of the wider student learning experience. Formed in 2004 to build on work previously carried out by Institute for Teaching and Learning in HE with a mission to continuously improve HE teaching quality. 27/11/2018

Examples of our work Delivery of a Certificate in Teaching and Learning for 70 lecturers from 16 universities in Bahrain, funded by the Ministry of Education Delivery of a Leadership Programme for Deans and Programme Leaders at the University of Hong Kong Delivery of a Teaching Skills Masterclass in two locations in Myanmar (see right) Fellowship Workshops at two universities in USA Accreditation of 4 staff development programmes in Australia 27/11/2018
