Journal Entry #3: The Theme of Family
What is the Family? One of the most important themes in Enrique’s Journey is the definition of the family. Before we discuss the book, I want you to think about how you define a family. Who do you consider your family and why? There are many potential answers: the biological family, families formed through marriage, friends, etc. What is your personal definition? Is a family important to an individual’s success? Why or Why not?
