1 Tandoori chicken

2 Ingredients 1-2 x 15ml spoons tandoori paste
4 x 15ml spoons low fat plain yogurt ½ lemon 8 chicken drumsticks or 2 chicken legs

3 Equipment Large bowl Measuring spoons Spoon Tongs

4 1. Mix the tandoori paste, yogurt and lemon together in a small bowl.

5 2. Remove the chicken skin.
