Knot= Hazard and hazardous event (What we don’t want to happen)

11. Assessing the Risk
The risk can be easily assessed by selecting a category, e.g. People, and then selecting an item from the risk matrix on the consequence screen.
The results of the matrix selection are displayed in the consequence box on the diagram
The categories and the matrix can be fully configured to meet your needs
