Mobile application providing one-way information relating to various roles and life events.
This kind of mobile application has no need for an eID;
Provides step-by-step instruction on what has to be done in relation to public administration in particular life situation;
Provides location of the nearby administration;
Should the service provision be in local jurisdiction, the mobile application will recommend the authorized office;
In fact, this is a user-friendly alternative to Government Portal
The service is then provided by public administration clerk
