4. Title VI
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, prohibits discrimination based on race, color, and national origin. Specifically, 42, USC 200d states that;
“No person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal Financial assistance.”

7. What can THSO Grantees’ Expect?

Each grantee will be required to complete an on-line survey. The form is accessible at: The deadline for completion is September 30, 2018.
The 2018 assessment form and the process of reporting will be improved from the 2017 form. Duplicate reporting won’t occur: drop down boxes for quick input of information.
