Over 16 mi., $60m, part of Natl Bike Route, few shoulders Sheep Bridge Road paving: Washington County US 89: Logan Canyon Passing Lanes, Ph. 1, $20m Big Plains Road (Gooseberry Mesa) paving: Washington County SR 158: Powder Mountain Road paving SR 24: Bike trail, Capital Reef, Fruita to Torrey, about 10 mi. Cisco Road, eastside Bear Lake, paving, Moab; Main Street By-Pass, Main Street Improvements, Main Street/100 West one way couplet SR 29: Recreation parking on road near Joe’s Valley Reservoir is affecting capacity/safety. Also need culverts.
