11. Some scratches on sensors

After some indications we have found some Tib ib1/2 modules with light scratched sensors.
Action: optical inspection on microscope before and after assembly on gantry:
Results:
The assembly procedure do not introduce any scratch.
Light scratches were induced by a vacuum pump used to handle TIB sensors during inspection after reception.
This problem was fixed last December, but we are still mounting sensors that are affected by this feature.
