7. ORC Referral ? Process of directing or redirecting a child to
Appropriate Expert ( Child Psychiatrist, Senior Psychologist)
Appropriate Institution ( De -Addiction Clinics)
Appropriate Agency ( DCPU, CWC) for Expert Attention

8. 3 Severe ORC referral – why?
Identification of behavioral, emotional, learning, social and other issues at class room level

Severe
Sever issues : The school level ORC team alone will not be capable of addressing the issues

9. WHEN
The concerned class teachers will hand over the ORC- IKMC card of children facing moderate to severe issues, to the school ORC core team.
School core team will intervene in the case children facing moderate level issues through individual attention.
When the score is 3 and the issues are severe the core through the
ORC district team will seek the support of an expert/institution/agency

11. Where
Experts/institutions/ agencies mapped by the ORC district directory, to address the severe behavioral/emotional/learning/mental health/social issues faced by children
Experts – Child Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologists, L D experts, Experienced Counselors etc.
Institutions – Care Homes, De-Addiction Clinics, LD Clinics, Counseling Centers, AFHCs etc.
Agencies – DCPU, DLSA, DMHP, NGOs, Social Organizations etc.
