Homework Interview two people of different ages- not
from the class and ask them what Britishness means to them and write down what they have to say. Ask them to think of one visual image that represents Britishness to them and say what it is.

Task Write the title What is Britishness?
Put the date and underline both with a ruler. Write an answer to the question “Do you consider yourselves to be British?” (Make sure you give reasons like the people in the video)

On a Post-It note, write one word that sums up what Britishness means to you. Stick your Post-It notes on the wall so you can then see what others have written. As a class, use the words to try to come up with an overall definition of the word Britishness. Can you come up with a definition? Or does the term mean too many different things to different people?
