3 Creation Myths Get out your notes from Friday – make sure you have these written down! Purposes of Creation Myths To provide explanations for the natural world (why do people, nature, animals, exist?) To entertain (give the audience a sense of awe and wonder) To teach a sense of right and wrong (morality)
