2 Paint masks inspired by a famous artist
Students will use research material to find an artist they enjoy Students will download the “Artist Info Sheet” and fill it out with their chosen artist. Student will choose their favorite piece of artwork from their chosen artist and recreate it on their mask.

Do some research on an artist you enjoy, and fill out the sheet with info and pictures Choose your favorite picture by the artist to recreate on your mask

10 I chose to recreate Calder’s Red Nose which is a lithograph from 1969
Take into consideration that you’re putting a 2D painting on a 3D object, so some spots might be tricky! Also, you might have to make up areas as you work your way around the mask. (I had to make up the neck area)
