1 In every age a battle has raged
Eph 6:12 “we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” In every age a battle has raged between the forces of light and darkness!

2 God has a plan and is looking for partners!
Ex 32:26 “Who is on the LORD'S side?”

3 God has a pattern of revealing his plan to his “partners”! Amos 3:7-8
“Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he reveals his secret unto his servants the prophets.” “these things …are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come!” 1 Cor. 10:3

4 He found such a man in Daniel!
Daniel 1:17  ”As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: And Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.”

5 but the wise shall understand.”
God revealed His future plans to Daniel, And inspired him to record them for us! “Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.” Dan. 12:10,11

10 2. The Four beasts of Daniel 7

11 And four great beasts came up from the sea, divers one from another”
2. Daniel’s Dream of the Beasts. Daniel 7 7:1-3 “Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: “I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. And four great beasts came up from the sea, divers one from another”

C. Leopard with wings: vs 6 Greece BC “which had four wings of a fowl” 4) Wings represent the speed of Conquest. Daniel 8:5 described Greece as: “an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: the goat had a notable horn between his eyes.” 21 “the rough goat is the king of Grecia: and the great horn between his eyes is the first king.”

This is reaffirmed in the vision in Ch. 8 Dan 8:8 “the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven.” 22 “Now that (horn) being broken, four stood up for it, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power.” His son was assassinated!

until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him.”

26 The lion hath roared, who will not fear? and because I will do this…,
Amos 3:7-8 “Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy? Amos 4:12 “Therefore thus will I do unto thee… and because I will do this…, prepare to meet thy God!” Amos 7:8 “I will set a plumb line in the midst of my people”
