2. Archiving of Publications
Current situation:
Publications before 2000: Only paper versions are available. A complete archive exists at the Publications Office, incomplete archives exist at Eurostat
Publications after 2000: All publications are available in electronic form on the Eurostat Website, several incomplete archives exist at several places, including the EU bookshop.

3. Archiving of Publications
Planned projects and future situation:
Publications before 2000: Old publications will be scanned and made available as pdf (on the Eurostat website and at the EU-Bookshop).
Publications after 2000: All publications will be available in electronic form on the Eurostat Website, at the EU bookshop, and as backup on DVDs.
A Print-on-demand service will produce paper copies of old publications.
