Most important government jobs were given to Nazis All local governments were controlled by a Nazi Loyal Nazis were put in charge of the courts as judges Anybody who disagreed with the Nazis’ was severely dealt with

Founded The 26th of April 1933 Founded in Prussia
Founded by Hermann Goring Dissolved on the 8th of May 1945 When Hermann Goering became Prussian Minister of the Interior in 1933, he detached the espionage and political units of the Prussian State Police and he put Nazis in charge. It was known as Department 1A, which later came to be called the Gestapo.

Concentration Camps Contained all people Hitler thought were undesirable. Used to contain political prisoners and common Criminals Most concentration camps were also extermination camps by the end of the war.

The Law Against the Formation of Parties
Passed on the 14th of July 1933 Banned all parties except the Nazi party Political leaders were put in jail

Education Nazi removed teachers or university professors who weren’t pro Nazi. Teachers were persuaded to join the NSLB Nazi controlled what the children were taught The Nazis set up a system of schools and colleges for elite students When an opponent declares I will no join you I calmly say your child belongs to us already. What are you? You will pass away and your descendants will stand in a different camp. Adolf Hitler

Banned on the 2nd of May 1933 The trade unions headquarters’ were broken into Their money was stolen Their leaders were put in jail
