They can delete it after today. 2. Sample products that you received from Prism and that you created yourself Tip: First, ask all attendees to log into WDC to ensure internet access and correct username and password. If they have issues, have them call the help desk. If it can’t be fixed, ask that they look at another attendees’ computer screen. Then, start your slides, asking them to watch the demonstration first, then they will complete the steps in their system after.

Using the Top Tool Bar: Catalog—choose from the list of marketing materials such as: post cards, brochures, templates and other marketing materials Programs—view any pending Just Sold or Just Listed and select the style you prefer, and view any campaign results. 10 10

You can view and select which Just Sold Card style you prefer by Selecting Just Sold in My Programs. You can add additional cards to be sent and select the option to have a card sent to you as one of your 50 FREE

Just Sold Program Options
When you sell a non Weichert listing you will have to add a property photograph as we are not allowed by law to automatically populate from MLS. 1. 1. Select Create Your Card in the 2. Just Listed Program Your personal listings should automatically import over and from there you can create a property web site or use the information to support the creation of your marketing materials Your Just Listed card is autopopulated with the primary image from your MLS system. 24 24

You have 5 basic options to create a list for your postcard. First option, select one of your existing lists

Any list you have created in the past, including targeted lists will be archived for you to use for a repeat mailing – great for farming!

Using EZAddress free mailing or farm list using our the EZ-ADDRESS solution, upload your own lists, purchase targeted list or create an EDDM mailing list for Every Door Direct Mail mailings. 33 33

Using EZAddress Enter the property address and see a map of the area within 0.50 mile radius. Click “Find Addresses” to see the number of addresses on each street

Using EZAddress Now, adjust the radius area depending on the number of addresses that appeared in your search

Using EZAddress Click “View/Edit” to refine your list by street or specific house numbers When you are satisfied with your list click “Save Your List” and name it.

Freeform map – great if you are targeting properties with water front or specific views. Street selector – great to narrow down by specific streets instead of radius – like for a particular complex or development Can you think of a benefit to using one of these options vs another?

Now you do it… On the top tool bar, Click on “My Drafts”
Click on “Finish Last Item” and go to step #4 “Address It” Create new Mailing List using the first button “radius around an address” Click “Create my list” Enter your subject property address and click “find addresses” Try all of the selection options until you are satisfied with your list and click “save” Allow 10 minutes to practice

Customize your brochure
Go to the catalog tab in the top tool bar and scroll down to “Brochures” Select the 4 page property brochure and click “Create Now” Follow the steps to customize the brochure. Upload the photos from your saved folder and include creative descriptions. Stop at step #3 “Proof It” The brochures will be printed and mailed to you separately, so order enough for showings and mailings.
