Following the 1995 slide there were new building restrictions for the entire La Conchita area
Developer must sign an “Acknowledgement of Geologic Hazard Area”

2. Building Restrictions (cont.)
No new buildings of any kind (commercial, industrial, or residential) can be built without a geotechnical report from a licensed geotechnical firm
Report will be reviewed by the Division of Building and Safety
