1997 – Started Epic Outdoor Advertising – Billboards
2000 – Father passed away at 68 years old
2009 – Looked for property to build a new park – CO & AZ
2010 – Opened Bearizona Wildlife Park – Williams, AZ

We will attract 500,000 visitors/year & collect big sales tax revenue.
We will fit perfectly with the theme and natural beauty of Williams.
I grew up in this business and it is not my first rodeo.
