3 For women it’s 9.2 years on average.
Men aged 65 in the UK can expect to live their last 7.4 years with a disability. For women it’s 9.2 years on average. (Health expectancy at birth and at age 65 in the United Kingdom, , Statistical Bulletin, Office for National Statistics, 2012)
