4. Solution Outline: Download data from Ed2Go
Import file into Student Manager

5. Steps to Download from Ed2Go
Go to your Online Administration Center
Click on the Tracking Tab and Select the Manage and Enroll Students link
Download Student Roster by
Select the Enrollment Date Range you wish and click Search
Check the Student box and highlight all enrollments in results
Select Download
Save the Excel Spreadsheet

6. Steps to Upload to SM: Set up Preferences (register tab)
Go to Tools/Import-Export/Ed2Go Import
Assign Source Code (if you want it different from Ed2Go)
Choose to Group your batch of registrations (or not..)

7. Setting up your Preferences:
Registration Preferences: Set up Fee Descriptions

8. Then to Tools!

9. You’ll need to have your downloaded Source File … Excel
THIS is what will be your COURSE NUMBER in SM

10. The Excel file can have multiple names, multiple courses, multiple registrations with different fees for each

11. Let’s go do it!

12. What Happened?? .
Name added (if exists, it did NOT create a dup)
A course was added (if the “Section” # did not exist)
A registration was added (if it did not exist)
It used the fee descriptors you set up in Preferences
With the Group Option, you could go back in later and
apply your Ed2Go payment to the entire group.
