Procedures of Self-Exam
One of the important things young men and women can do to protect their sexual health is to learn to do a self-exam. This is a way to check your own genitals or breasts to find any potential problems or concerns early. Knowing what is normal for your own body will help you notice any changes that should be examined by a health care provider.

Close Your sexual health is an important part of your overall health. Taking care of your sexual health can lead to a lifetime of healthy habits. Name one thing you will do as a result of learning more about protecting your sexual health.
