On CCH IntelliConnect, however it can be a little tricky. I have better results when I select the alphabet letter I need and then use ctrl-f to look for my keyword. In this example from the Corporate Governance collection, I activated the letter P by clicking the blue page and then used ctrl-f to search for political.

The U.S. Congressional Serial Set the bound, sequentially numbered volumes of all the Reports, Documents and Journals of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives constitutes an incomparably rich collection of primary source material of all aspects of American history.
