The Epsilon Range Features & Benefits
High pressure / long haul pumping Materials of construction Drive shaft connection 10 Year Warranty Shorter Flexishaft® Considerable cost savings delivered by small bore pipework, which eliminates the need for a series of pumps when pumping over long distances or with high head requirements Available in cast iron or stainless steel, with a choice of rotor and stator materials to suit individual applications, e.g. hard chrome plated rotor or natural rubber stator The Flexishaft® eliminates wearing components between the drive end and the pumping element. No lubrication is needed, therefore product contamination is eliminated. No maintenance. Mono guarantees 10 years service life for the Flexishaft® A shorter Flexishaft is available where space saving is a priority 29 models in the range Compact design with a one piece suction chamber Easily cleaned, has no areas where product can collect therefore reducing the risk of contamination Can be dismantled without removing the drive Making inspection and maintenance much easier Reduces the risk of damage to the mechanical seal The range handles flow rates up to 180m3/h and pressures up to 24 bar Polished stainless steel is used for all metal parts in contact with the product Inlet and outlet fittings are threaded as standard to DIN11851 Sealed pin joint Reduced downtime CIP ports available

Handles gas entrainment
The Epsilon Range Features & Benefits Low running speeds Shaft sealing options Up to 8m suction lifts Versatile Handles gas entrainment Reduced wear for a longer working pump life, which extends the periods between routine maintenance Can be installed vertically or horizontally to suit the application. Can be run in either direction No air or gas locking in the pump. The positive seal formed by the interference fit between the rotor and stator enables the pump to self prime Single hard faced mechanical seal supplied as standard, packed gland or double mechanical seals are available Deep sumps can be easily emptied without the use of submersible equipment 29 models in the range Compact design with a one piece suction chamber Easily cleaned, has no areas where product can collect therefore reducing the risk of contamination Can be dismantled without removing the drive Making inspection and maintenance much easier Reduces the risk of damage to the mechanical seal The range handles flow rates up to 180m3/h and pressures up to 24 bar Polished stainless steel is used for all metal parts in contact with the product Inlet and outlet fittings are threaded as standard to DIN11851 Sealed pin joint Reduced downtime CIP ports available

Available for applications where rag content is a problem
The Epsilon Range Features & Benefits Gentle pumping action Inspection covers Duracoat coating Baseplate Available for applications where rag content is a problem Minimises shear and crush damage to the pumped product and maintains a steady flow when pumping products with a high solids content Rotors can be supplied with Mono’s range of specialist coatings to help extend the life of the rotors by increasing resistance to wear and corrosion. Offers significantly reduced maintenance. 29 models in the range Compact design with a one piece suction chamber Easily cleaned, has no areas where product can collect therefore reducing the risk of contamination Can be dismantled without removing the drive Making inspection and maintenance much easier Reduces the risk of damage to the mechanical seal The range handles flow rates up to 180m3/h and pressures up to 24 bar Polished stainless steel is used for all metal parts in contact with the product Inlet and outlet fittings are threaded as standard to DIN11851 Sealed pin joint Reduced downtime CIP ports available
8
Interchangeable components
The Epsilon Range Features & Benefits Monobloc Versions Bloc construction Robust drives Interchangeable components Plug in shaft Baseplate Ease of maintenance when assembling or dismantling, with extraction facilities Low cost, form folded baseplate Specially selected fixed and variable speed drives for longer life, due to flange mounted drive Minimises overall dimensions, giving a shorter pump length. Eliminates the need for coupling and guard A large number of Epsilon components are inter-changeable with the Compact C Range, reducing inventory holding 29 models in the range Compact design with a one piece suction chamber Easily cleaned, has no areas where product can collect therefore reducing the risk of contamination Can be dismantled without removing the drive Making inspection and maintenance much easier Reduces the risk of damage to the mechanical seal The range handles flow rates up to 180m3/h and pressures up to 24 bar Polished stainless steel is used for all metal parts in contact with the product Inlet and outlet fittings are threaded as standard to DIN11851 Sealed pin joint Reduced downtime CIP ports available

The Epsilon Range Product Design for the E14A to E1BK Pumps
Flexishaft® Drive Clamp The pump design incorporates a clamping device, which is a type of keyless coupling. The device clamps onto the surface of the Flexishaft® and into the bore of the rotor/shaft when the bolts are tightened to a specified torque Pins locate into the main body of the clamp and into existing pin holes in the rotor/shaft head. The purpose of these is to locate the Drive Clamp in place for ease of assembly.
