Smart use of Rich Media
Use it ONLY when it helps you get a message across, not just because it is cool or fun
Use it to get a complicated idea or story across in a simple fashion
Have an easy way to control it (stop, rewind, pause)
Not too long (i.e. no more than 30 seconds in most cases)
