1 Navigating GBVIMS+ Logging In
To log in to Primero/GBVIMS+ you will need a username and password that should be assigned to you. Click in the username box and type in your unique username. Then, enter your password in the field below. Previously, we went over an overview of the system, now let’s look at the system more closely. To use GBVIMS+ the rollout will need to be endorsed by the GBVIMS Steering Committee. Once that happens and the criteria and resources required are met, then the system will be set up by a system administrator. That administrator will provide log-in information for users to access the system.

2 Navigating GBVIMS+ Dashboard or Home Page
Clicking on the Primero icon from any page will take you back to the dashboard. Let’s look further into navigating the system. Clicking on the Primero icon from any page will take you back to the dashboard or home page. This is where you can quickly find information about the cases and incidents you have access to. This includes recently created or modified cases or incidents.

3 Navigating GBVIMS+ Header Navigation Bar
The header navigation is the dark bar across the top of the screen in which you can navigate to your home page (or dashboard), cases, incidents, and reports. It also has a quick search field that can help you find a specific case quickly. Below that, depending on your role (casework, supervisor, coordinator, etc.) your dashboard or header navigation bar will look a little different. The header navigation bar functions just like a menu bar on any website. Clicking on any part of the bar will direct to that page.

4 Navigating GBVIMS+ Logout, My Account and Contact & Help Links
Above the Header Navigation bar, there are small links that bring you to pages that allow you to logout of the system, help to manage your account and contact information, as well as find out who is your organization system admin. To the right of the header navigation bar is information about your account, contact and help and a way to logout of the system.
