It’s ALL Sunshine….and unicorns… or not…
Difficult for farmers to have constant communication. Producers are farmers, marketers, book keepers, HR departments, food safety specialists and everything in between. Finding a middle ground of pricing. Schools are used to working with commodity dollars. Schools want a reliable consistent supply of product. Mother Nature doesn’t always allow for that. Farming is a business.
