Frequency of Appraisals has gone from once a year to twice a year The practice of forcing the bell curve has increased over the years

9 Future-The Talent War In Pakistan
79% globally say acquiring and retaining talent is a core focus area for the coming years In Pakistan Improving the Performance Management System Strengthening on boarding Practices 29% plan to assign a buddy and mentor 20% plan to use Self Appraisal and 16% 360 Surveys as part of their Performance Management Systems 36% plan to have new recruits attend mandatory trainings
